Romantic Dinner Menus

  • Enjoy a 3-course meal or a 4-course meal. 
  •  The price is $300 for the 3-course meal (includes: salad, entree and dessert) 
  •  $350 for the 4-course meal (includes: Appetizer, salad, entree and dessert).

Appetizers (Choose one)

Chicken Satay w/ Peanut Dipping Sauce*

Mexican Deviled Eggs. Made w/ avocado, sour cream, cilantro, and lime juice.*

Classic Deviled Eggs.

Bruschetta. Toasted French bread slices topped w/ fresh tomatoes, basil, and olive oil.

Shrimp Cocktail 

Crab meat Stuffed mushroom Caps ($20 more)

Bacon wrapped shrimps ($10 more)


Salads (Choose one)

Spring Mix Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette. Mixed greens w/ dried cranberry, sliced almonds, sliced red onion, blue cheese and cranberry vinaigrette.

 

Baby Spinach & Strawberry Salad with Shallot Honey Vinaigrette. Baby spinach, sliced strawberries, Gorgonzola cheese and shallot honey vinaigrette.

 

Spinach & Orange Salad. Baby spinach, red onion, orange segments, sliced toasted almonds. Served w/honey mustard dressing.

 

Mixed Green w/ Raspberry Vinaigrette. Spring mixed green, grape tomatoes, cucumber, & feta cheese. Served w/ raspberry vinaigrette.

 

Caprese Salad. Fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. Drizzled w/ balsamic glaze and olive oil.



Entrees (Choose one)

Teriyaki glazed Salmon fillet. 

Served w/ pineapple salsa & Jasmine rice OR Cauliflower rice.


 Tequila-Lime salmon.

      Roasted Salmon fillet marinated w/ tequila, lime juice, garlic, and cumin.

      Served w/Spanish rice and roasted lemon garlic broccoli.


 Jumbo Lump Crab Cake. Served w/ roasted baby potatoes & haricot verts.


Chicken Marsala

Boneless chicken breast seared then cooked in Marsala wine and mushroom sauce.

Served w/ mashed potatoes OR Cauliflower mash & pan roasted French green beans.


Spinach & Mozzarella stuffed chicken breast. Served w/ roasted asparagus & couscous.


Bacon wrapped Filet Mignon.

 Served w/ Merlot wine sauce, garlicky mashed potatoes OR Cauliflower mash,

& roasted asparagus

 

Beef Medallion in Portobello Mushroom Sauce

Pan seared Beef tenderloin steak w/ red wine, mushroom, & thyme

sauce. Served w/ sweet potato mash, roasted lemon butter broccoli.


Baked Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Stuffed pork tenderloin w/ spinach, mushroom, & onion.

Served w/ tomato ragout & rice pilaf.
